Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a primary point of contact for LSG customers. Position Summary:
The Customer Quality Coordinator serves as the primary quality liaison between LindFast Solutions Group and our customers. This position coordinates customer quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring customer-specific quality, regulatory, and product approval requirements are met from supplier qualification through production.

What You’ll Do:
As the Customer Quality Coordinator, you will:

Customer PPAP Management:
• Workflow & Production Planning
• Coordinate all customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, both manufacturer and distributor level.
• Review customer PPAP requirements and communicate expectations to internal teams and suppliers.
• Assemble, validate, and submit complete PPAP packages.
• Track PPAP approvals, annual validations, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes requiring PPAP approval

Customer Quality Support:
• Serve as the primary customer contact for quality documentation requests.
• Coordinate IMDS submissions and resolve customer IMDS rejections.
